How Does Shockwave Work?

For a slightly more detailed explanation, when our Shockwave machine sends acoustic waves into your body, these waves exert small mechanical compression on the cells within the injured tissue, all without causing any actual harm or damage. When your damaged cells are lightly compressed, the cell is tricked into believing there has been an acute injury. An SOS signal is sent to the brain. As a result, the body initiates a healing cascade that includes the release of vital stem cells and an increased blood supply effectively promoting the regeneration and repair of the affected area.
